Despite a 30 year history in pioneering value automation and successful program development, the team realized just how much further value practices and programs needed to go before mainstream adoption and ultimate achievement. This led to the creation of Genius Drive, the first dedicated-value consultancy – to accelerate and elevate value-led growth programs and success.

Along the way, he helped launch and advise a range of high-growth technology startups, including Full Armor and Connotate Technology.
Tom is the creator of the Value Coffee Talk podcast, the Business Value Collective community, and the Evolved Selling Institute.
He is the author of two bestselling business books, “Evolved Selling” and “The Frugalnomics Survival Guide” and the founder of Growth through Grief, a purpose-driven initiative accompanied by his self-help book of the same name.
Today, Tom leads Genius Drive, a B2B value consulting and advisory firm helping enterprise organizations communicate, quantify, and activate value across the revenue lifecycle.
Outside of work, Tom is a runner, cyclist, musician, and classic car enthusiast based in New York City.
